As a small business ourselves we work harder to develop a personal interest in the sites we design and to develop a strong one-to-one relationship with you and your company. Large or small, it's what we do for each and every one of our clients.

Our size also means that expertise & service dictate our fees rather than big company overheads and you get direct involvement with the designers - big-agency quality without the big-agency prices.

Customer Service has been a key focus of my approach to business.

I feel passionate about delivering consistently excellent customer service, whether this was previously during almost 20 years’ experience in increasingly senior commercial management roles with the airline bmi, or currently working with vista 360’s wide and diverse range of web clients.

My previous Sales & Marketing experience within major blue-chip companies enables me to offer sound commercial awareness to ensure full product understanding & promotion of services as appropriate to web client needs. My final role at bmi was international sales & marketing manager across markets worldwide which involved management & development of activities incorporating all key elements of the sales & marketing mix, including online and HTML camaigns.

I believe in straight-talking and clear communication to keep what might otherwise be ‘technical jargon’ simple and understandable for clients, who are experts in their own areas of business. I ensure we don’t ‘blind ‘our clients with the language of search engine optimisation or pay per click campaigns but explain how these can benefit their business through higher web rankings or more targeted visitors to their website.

I see myself as an enthusiastic, flexible, positive, self-motivated personality with a positive ‘making things happen’ approach to any project which I undertake. I ensure our clients are free to get on with the ‘day job’ of running their businesses, whilst we ensure their web presence is working as hard as it possibly can for their business.

Meet Nigel Dolman
Managing Director


I have a track record of achievements in increasingly senior marketing roles, gained during 20 years with the Boots Company and 5 years with the airline bmi (formerly British Midland).

During this time I consistently developed & delivered commercially-focused marketing & PR campaigns, with direct experience of TV/radio/outdoor advertising, online and HTML email campaigns, 3rd party promotions and PR.

I graduated from the University of Birmingham with a BA Hons Geography/Economics degree (2.1) and have subsequently qualified for the Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma (Distinction).

I am able to combine creative & innovative thinking with hands-on delivery. Throughout my marketing career at Boots I was responsible for several key initiatives, including copywriting and producing several Boots Christmas gift guides and major TV, Radio, Press and outdoor campaigns.

During my role as Senior Manager UK and Ireland Marketing for the airline bmi (formerly British Midland) I successfully launched several major new routes establishing bmi as a credible long-haul airline (Las Vegas, St Lucia, Antigua, Barbados, Washington) acknowledged by senior management as ‘most successful ever’ bmi launch campaigns.

I am very proud of more recent achievements in establishing, launching and developing our own limited company, vista360 web solutions, where I have been able to adapt these skills and experience to support our wide and diverse range of clients’ online activities.
