Domain Name Registration - you decide on the domain name you would like for your site e.g. www.yourbusinessname.co.uk and if it is available we will register it for you.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) - all site content should be fast loading, easy to navigate and perfectly coded (for visually impaired visitors etc.) to improve the number and quality of visitors to your web site from search engines. These are natural, un-paid, organic techniques which can maximise free listings and rankings by search engines.

Search Engine Submission - in order to get as much traffic to your site as possible we routinely submit to over 140 leading search engines and directories, including Google and Yahoo.

Meta Tags - your site will be set up to include keywords which someone might type into a search engine if they were searching without the exact URL link.

URL links to related sites –relevant links to other related sites including suppliers, industry bodies, etc., which are useful sources of further information and also help to increase visitors to your own site from those visiting the other sites.
Visitor tracking Statistics - monitor growth & uptake of the site over time including unique individual visitors and total hits.

Content management and updates - fresh, relevant and up to date information is vital to maintain visitor interest & appeal. Updates and maintenance to your site can be made when you require, in response to any changes in your business and can be regular (monthly/weekly) or occasionally as required.

Html email newsletter updates - collecting email addresses, via the website and customers, enquiries or visitors, enables you to send regular news & updates in a faster, more cost-effective, and paperless environmentally friendly way. Site visitor levels can significantly increase when an email newsletter is circulated directing to updated site content.

Google AdWords campaigns – purchasing paid-for listings and pay-per-click or placing relevant ads on the right-hand-side of search pages, targeting specific geographical regions and potential customers using relevant keywords or search terms.

Twitter feed - enabling you to tweet max 140 words to Twitter, Facebook and updating the website, regularly and with minimal effort, keeping content fresh and current.

Online Enquiry Form - from your website, customers can complete an online enquiry which would then email the information to you.

POP3 email addresses - from your website, customers can email their enquiries to your existing email account or we can set up a new POP3 account for clients to email your business via an easily-recalled address

Will my website rank well on search engines like Google?
Your site will be coded in a way that is optimised to maximise search engine take-up, listings & rankings. We also submit your site to all of the major search engines & directories to ensure you are listed. Organic placement (free of charge listing) of your site is down to the descretion of the particular search enguine.

Will there be any additional costs going forward?
The only additional costs going forward are annual website hosting and domain name renewal every two years.

Can the website content be updated in the future?
You can email us changes you want made to your site, there is a basic fee of £35.00 + VAT for any small-scale basic content updates (e.g. telephone contact change, limited price amends). We pride ourselves on reasonable costs for content updates and are happy to provide these should you require more extensive changes

What if I require additional pages or a more advanced website in the future?
Once you have experienced the business benefits from your new website, if you wish to consider additional features, extra pages or a more extensive website in the future you can upgrade to an enhanced package and we will discount the cost of the from the total cost of your new site.

50% non-refundable deposit payable prior to commencement of development works and acquisition of domain. Outstanding balance payable prior to final site go live.
